The “It’s All Messages, Bro” team is a team incubated by Frontier Research to develop novel message formats across the Transaction Supply Chain. This includes working on products such as mev-block relays, account abstraction, smart transactions, and more.
Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Lead to help us ideate, design, and bootstrap various products which build on improving blockchain transaction supply chains. This role is crucial in helping us to determine the next products we build and take ownership in turning them from a vision to a reality. This is a role that requires a founder mindset.
Location
London, UK - We offer a hybrid work structure with the ability to work a combination of in-office and remotely. We strive for teammates to spend 3-4 days per week in the office to foster a highly collaborative work environment.
What you will do
- Develop comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics for new products, with a focus on improving blockchain transaction supply chains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands and user expectations
- Engage with key industry players, partners, and clients to gather insights, validate product concepts, and explore potential collaborations
- Monitor and analyse product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to drive continuous improvement and optimisation
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team, encouraging data-driven decision-making and calculated risk-taking to achieve breakthrough outcomes
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow and succeed within the company
- Continuously refine and optimise product management processes and best practices, sharing learnings and insights with the broader organisation to drive overall excellence in product development
Requirements
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology: Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, and different blockchains
- Product management experience: Proven experience in leading and managing complex software products, ideally in the blockchain or fintech industry. Familiarity with development methodologies, project management tools, and product development best practices.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to define product strategy, prioritise features, and create roadmaps in line with business goals and user needs.
- Analytical skills: Experience in using data-driven decision-making, including market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development.
- Team leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Networking and relationship building: A strong professional network in the blockchain industry and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, partners, and clients.
- Adaptability: Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends, evolving technologies, and emerging opportunities in the MEV and blockchain space.
- Passion for blockchain and decentralised technology: A genuine interest in and passion for blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralised finance, with a commitment to driving innovation and adoption in the space.
