The Faith Builder (f1b.io) is a high performance block builder developed in collaboration with Frontier Research. The team behind the Faith Builder provides optimization and simulation services at every level of the Transaction Supply Chain. This includes what many refer to as “solving”, “routing”, “sequencing”, and “block building”.
The role
As a Technical Lead, your role will be to spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of solving services throughout the MEV supply chain. This unique position allows you to leverage your technical prowess within a trading context, working alongside some of the most seasoned teams in the MEV industry. If you have a founder mindset, love complex puzzles, and looking to compete in some of the most challenging computer science games ever invented, while providing the building blocks to propel the crypto industry forward, this is the role for you.
Location
London, UK - We offer a hybrid work structure with the ability to work a combination of in-office and remotely. We strive for teammates to spend 3-4 days per week in the office to foster a highly collaborative work environment.
What you will do
- Develop product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics across the transaction supply chain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands and user expectations
- Engage with key industry players, partners, and clients to gather insights, validate product concepts, and explore potential collaborations
- Monitor and analyse product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to drive continuous improvement and optimisation
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team, encouraging data-driven decision-making and calculated risk-taking to achieve breakthrough outcomes
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow and succeed within the company
- Continuously refine and optimise product management processes and best practices, sharing learnings and insights with the broader organisation to drive overall excellence in product development
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fintech, blockchain, or high-growth tech company.
- Proficiency in Golang or Rust, with a strong understanding of software development principles and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful, user-centric products from ideation to launch.
- Experience developing high performance / low latency systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
